How are the pastries shipped to ensure freshness?

All Porto's Bake at Home products are shipped frozen in insulated coolers with dry ice. This ensures that the dough remains at the optimal temperature during transit so you can bake them fresh in your oven.

Do I need to bake the pastries immediately upon arrival?

If you are not planning to bake your pastries immediately, please place them in your freezer as soon as they arrive. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 30 days while maintaining their high-quality taste and texture.

Where do you ship within the United States?

We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location to ensure the products remain frozen during their journey.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our guest service team within 24 hours.
